Our story
BrainFlow started in 2017 in Denver, Colorado as a small passion project. It has grown into an independent health publisher covering biohacking, longevity, and performance — with a focus on practical protocols, not hype.
We write for readers who want the same thing we do: fewer guesswork stacks, fewer recycled 2021 claims, and more reporting that is updated when the science — or the protocol — changes.
The internet is full of thin affiliate posts frozen in time. We built BrainFlow to be the opposite: researched, revised, and useful enough that you can act on it.
What we cover
BrainFlow is organized the way serious readers browse: by the people and protocols they follow, and by the decisions they are trying to make.
People
Protocol breakdowns from researchers and practitioners — Huberman, Attia, Sinclair, Patrick, and more — kept current.
Supplements
What to take, what to skip, dosing context, and brand-level detail when it actually matters.
Peptides
Deep guides on research peptides, reconstitution, and protocols — plus tools like our Peptide Calculator.
Diet
Keto, fasting, GLP-1 era nutrition, and the frameworks people actually stick with.
Routines
Morning, evening, and weekly systems for sleep, focus, and recovery.
Longevity
Aging biology, biomarkers, and interventions with enough evidence to take seriously.
How we work
We are not a clinic and we do not give medical advice. We are a publisher. That means our job is to research carefully, write clearly, and correct ourselves when we are wrong.
We update when the protocol changes
Supplement stacks and peptide guidance go stale fast. When a source revises a dose, drops a compound, or publishes new data, we revise the article — and we date it.
Primary sources over rumor
We prioritize podcasts, papers, clinician interviews, and product labels over secondary blogs copying each other. Claims should be traceable.
Useful over sensational
A good BrainFlow article should leave you with a clear next step: a dose range, a protocol, a comparison, or a reason to wait. Not a fear headline.
Transparency on commerce
Some links are affiliate links. That never changes our editorial bar. If a product is weak, we say so. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the full policy.
Who writes BrainFlow
Articles are published under BrainFlow Staff. We are a small editorial team focused on longevity, peptides, and performance — not a celebrity byline mill. The standard is the same on every page: accurate, useful, and kept up to date.
